As of January 1, 2023, Mann+Hummel has appointed Cedric Dackam as president & general manager for its Water and Membrane Solutions division. In his role, Dackam reports to Kurk Wilks, president and CEO of the Mann+Hummel Group. Dackam has been with the Ludwigsburg-based filtration specialist in various roles since 2002. Most recently, as senior vice president Automotive Aftermarket, he was responsible for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East-Africa regions. In his new role, Dackam will become a member of the senior leadership team, the key management committee of the Mann+Hummel Group. Dackam’s appointment as head of Mann+Hummel’s Water and Membrane Solutions division is accompanied by a sharpening of the profile of the growth area Life Sciences & Environment: Fua Nipah will henceforth focus on the air filtration division of the Ludwigsburg-based family company as president & general manager Air Filtration Solutions. In addition, Nipah continues to head Mann+Hummel’s Life Sciences & Environment headquarters in Singapore. “We see great potential for our products and solutions in the Water and Membrane Solutions business. I look forward to tackling them together with our motivated teams around the globe!” says Dackam. “I am excited to have two proven experts in our ranks: Cedric Dackam and Fua Nipah. They will shape the future of our Water and Membrane Solutions as well as our Air Filtration Solutions. I wish them both every success in their new and redefined roles,” says Wilks.
